Risky Twists (June 9–July 7, 2025)

Note: The information in this article is preliminary. The event content may be subject to change.

A Season is a long-term activity united by a single theme and one big event. Risky Twists is a new Season, awaiting you in the game! It will last from 2:00 AM UTC on June 9 till 2:00 AM UTC on July 7.

The Risky Twists Season consists of event tasks, a thematic Season Pass, and an Adventure dedicated to a new hero — Guus.

Basics

The Season becomes available at team level 15 and lasts 28 days. You can find the entrance in the upper-right corner of the main screen:

During the event, you have a chance to obtain Guus and upgrades for him:

  1. After completing the first mission on the adventure map, you get Guus with one star.
  2. You can purchase Guus's Soul Stones and fragments of his first artifact at the event shop.
  3. You can get Guus's Talisman of Feathers by completing event quests.

Note: As a new hero, Guus will not be available in Heroic Chest for a while. You will also not be able to obtain his artifact fragments from the Artifact Chest for some time.

Adventure Map

To find the adventure map, press Start the Adventure in the Season menu.

Alternatively, you can access the Adventure Map directly from the main screen by tapping the Adventure button in the menu on the right.

The adventure map has 36 missions. Complete them one by one to progress further, open the whole map, and uncover Guus's story in Dominion along the way.

honk_capsule.png You need Honk Capsules to complete missions. They accumulate by one each hour until they reach the maximum capacity of 200. You can also get more Honk Capsules by completing event quests or from special offers.

Missions can be of two main types.

regular fight point.jpg 1. Regular Missions, in which Honk Capsules are only spent if you win.
boss fight point.jpg 2. Boss Missions, in which each attempt takes Honk Capsules, regardless of whether your team wins or loses (as it might require several attempts to defeat a boss).

In the lower-left corner of the adventure map, you can see three buttons:

  1. Shop leads to the event shop.
  2. Quests will take you to the event quests.
  3. Story will allow you to revisit the story of Guus.

Adventure Battles

In adventure battles, you gather a team from your heroes. Guus and some other heroes (e.g., Galahad or Tristan) may be added to your team by default in some missions.

Also, regular missions can be of several additional subtypes. For example, you will encounter missions with three difficulty levels. Winning a battle at a higher difficulty earns you a more valuable reward.

Note: You can complete such a mission only once. After you win the fight, you will not be able to play it again on other difficulties.

You can also encounter combat with a bonus, the cost of which will depend on the chosen difficulty. Thus, if you enable the bonus, you will spend fewer Honk Capsules.

Note: The reward for missions with a bonus does not depend on the difficulty.

Before going into battle with the bonus enabled, tap its icon to see its effects and gather your team accordingly.

Bosses have more health than regular opponents, but it does not replenish between attempts, so you can fight them multiple times until you defeat them. However, each attempt takes Honk Capsules, regardless of whether your team wins or loses.

Rewards

Rewards for battles consist of different resources for upgrading Guus: items, gold, Rune Stones, Carnival Tickets, and other hero resources. You usually receive rewards immediately after winning a battle, but after completing certain missions, you can collect additional rewards from boxes on the map.

Also, after completing specific missions, you will get three chests to choose from. You can open one of them for free, and the rest with emeralds.

Shop

To open the Prankster's Store, press the Shop shortcut in the lower-left corner of the adventure map.

Like any other shop, this event shop requires its own currency: Carnival Tickets and Eggs of Truth.

icon_ticket.png You can earn Carnival Tickets in event quests and adventure missions or get them from special offers.
egg of truth.png You can earn Eggs of Truth by defeating the final boss of the adventure.

However, you can also buy some items only with emeralds.

The following resources are available at the Prankster's Store:

  • Guus's Soul Stones.
  • Guus's Dapper skin.
  • Guus's Artifact Weapon fragments (Golden Goose).
  • Honor Dolls.
  • Skin Shop Certificates.
  • Bottled Energy.
  • Items, recipes, and other resources for heroes' promotion.

Some items become available for purchase only after you complete a certain mission on the adventure map.
