There are two games:
- Hero Wars: Dominion Era for PC and laptop browsers.
- Hero Wars: Alliance for mobile devices.
Two separate teams develop them, and each version has unique features and game mechanics.

Note: You cannot transfer your Hero Wars: Dominion Era account to Hero Wars: Alliance, or vice versa. It is also impossible to transfer your game account on Facebook to the standalone web version, or vice versa.
