This article explains the difference between simple and classic health views in battle and tells how to read health bars.
Numbers above the characters' heads represent their health. Your character's health is shown in a blue rectangle, and your opponent's is in a red one.
The game also allows switching to a classic view: instead of a rough estimate of character health in numbers, you will see classic HP bars. Yours are green, and your opponent's are red as well.
To switch the view:
- Open game settings by pressing the gear icon
in the upper-right corner of the main screen.
- Uncheck Simple Health Bar.
The classic HP bar appearance depends on the character's overall health. There are four HP bar types:
1. 0 to 30,000 HP. The bar looks like a ruler with lines going down only halfway. Each section represents 2,000 HP.
Note: If a health bar has no dividers, it means that the character has up to 2,000 health.
For example, this HP bar has three full sections and approximately ⅘ of a section, meaning the character possesses about 7,600 health.
Later on, the sections become narrower, and the bar is additionally divided into subsections with longer lines. For example, this bar has eight full sections, meaning the character has about 16,000 health.
2. 30,001 to 200,000 HP. The bar is divided into sections with full-length vertical lines. Each section represents 10,000 HP.
E.g., this health bar has 13.5 sections. Thus, the character's health is about 135,000.
3. 200,001 to 2,000,000 HP. The bar is similar to a checkboard. Each section represents 100,000 HP.
E.g., this health bar has about 4.9 sections. Thus, the character's health is about 490,000.
4. 2,000,001 and higher HP. The bar is divided into sections with thick full-length vertical lines. Each section represents 1,000,000 HP.
Note: Only titans can have this much health.
E.g., this health bar has about 6.9 sections. Thus, the titans's health is about 6,900,000.
