A major update is coming to the Guild Versus and Realm technologies:
Technology Research
Basics
You can access the Technology Research menu from the main screen:
Or directly from the Research Center in your Realm:
The latest update introduces an overhaul of the Technology Research menu. There you will find:
- Technology Trees, where you unlock technologies in different areas.
- Research Queue. Here, you can see your active research and the remaining time until it is completed.
- Research Chest, where you can get rewards.
- The list of all your bonuses. Press My Bonuses in the lower-right corner to view all unlocked technology bonuses.
- The special offer that unlocks the second Research Center and research queue.
Technology Trees
Research new technology trees to improve your Realm and strengthen your heroes:
- Growth technologies increase the speed of construction, research, and training, and expand training capacity. You can also unlock an additional march queue there.
- Economic technologies boost resource production and increase the speed of resource gathering.
- Battle technologies enhance troop stats.
- Hero technologies improve the stats of all your heroes.
- Tactical Classes technologies increase the stats of heroes belonging to tank, healer, support, and control classes.
- Combat Classes technologies improve the stats of heroes belonging to combat classes: marksmen, warriors, and mages.
Note: All research you have already finished will remain completed after the update.
Alongside the basic technology trees, you will find advanced ones. They are initially locked. To view the unlock requirements, tap next to a technology tree or just press the tree.
To help you get started, the game now highlights recommended technologies with a special sign.
Additionally, some technologies require a new resource now — Honor Marks. You can learn more about them in the section below.
Research Queue
The Research Queue tab makes it easier to track your remaining research time.
When your Hall of Heroes reaches level 13, you can purchase the second Research Center and unlock the second research queue.
The second Research Center cannot exceed the level of your main Research Center. For example, you cannot upgrade it to level 20 until the main one reaches level 20. Upgrading the second Research Center also increases the overall research speed.
Research Reward Chest
Researching technologies earns you Research Flasks. Once you have enough Flasks, you can open the reward chest. It is located in the bottom-right corner of the Technology Research menu.
Note: If you have already made progress in Technology Research before the update, you will receive Research Flasks based on your previous research progress, so you can open chests right away.
Each opening begins with a common-quality chest, and you have three attempts to upgrade its quality during that opening. The higher the quality, the more valuable the rewards.
Common — blue background.
Rare — purple background.
Epic — orange background.
A successful attempt is indicated with an arrow icon.
Opening a certain number of chests also improves the value of the rewards inside.
If you do not have enough Flasks for an opening, tapping the chest will display how many more Flasks you need and how many openings remain until the next reward upgrade.
Guild Versus
Guild Versus has also been updated:

New event currency:
Honor Marks are a new currency in Guild Versus that is used to research some technologies. You can obtain Honor Marks:
- by opening personal progress rewards chests;
- as Weekly Victory and Effort Rewards;
- as a seasonal Guild Versus League Reward;
- as a seasonal Qualifying Reward.
- New Guild Versus quests that are focused on improving your Realm.
- New requirements for personal progress rewards chests. Tier 2 and Tier 3 reward chests require a certain Team Level to unlock. You can still preview the rewards in locked chests.
