- On your new Android device, create a Google Play account if you do not have one and log in.
- Download the game on your Android device.
- Complete the tutorial.
- Open the game settings and sync the game with the Google Play account.
- Copy or write down the in-game ID of this new game account. You can find it by tapping your avatar in the upper-left corner of the main game screen. Our specialists need this ID to find the account to which they will transfer your game progress.
- Launch the game on your old iOS device.
- Open settings and contact our Support team. Our virtual assistant, Raymond, will help you fill out the form and submit a ticket.
Keep in mind that your new progress will disappear; the original one will replace it. All your characters (game profiles) will be transferred to your new device, so there is no option to keep any profiles on iOS.

If Google Services are not supported by your Huawei device:

- Download the latest version of AppGallery.
- Create a Huawei account and log in.
- Launch the game from the Google Play Store and connect your progress to your AppGallery account in the game settings.
- Log in to your Huawei account on your new Huawei device.
- Download the game from AppGallery and launch it. Your progress will load automatically.
If you are going to use the Google Play Store version of the game, simply sign in to your Google Play account on the new device, and your progress will load automatically.
If you want to use the AppGallery version of the game, follow the instructions below:
- On your old Android device, make sure that your progress is connected to a Google Play Games profile.
- On your new Huawei device, download the game from the Google Play Store.
- Open the game. Your progress will load automatically.
- Close the game.
- Download the game from AppGallery.
- The game will load the profile saved on your Google Play Games profile.
- Open the game settings and connect your progress to your Huawei account.
