When you change servers, you have two options available:
You can have multiple characters (game profiles) on different servers. They exist simultaneously, and you can switch between them whenever you want.
To create a new character:
- Tap your avatar in the upper-left corner.
- Press Change server.
- Select the desired server from the list.

Note: When you transfer your game profile to another server, all your progress (heroes, titans, etc.) and resources in your inventory and mailbox remain intact. Your progress in special event quests also stays unchanged.
However, your positions in the Guild and Grand Arena ranking, as well as your rating in events involving other players, are reset. You also need to leave your current Guild before transferring.
The following rules apply to server transfers:

If you are on a server above 1000:
You can transfer your character (game profile) only to servers older than yours. The lower the server number, the older the server.

If you are on a server 1-1000:
You can move to any available server within this range.
The first transfer of a character is always free. All further transfers, including returning to your original server, require payment and grant 1050 emeralds and 400 VIP points.
To transfer your character:
- Tap your avatar in the upper-left corner.
- Press Change server.
- Select the desired server from the list.

Tap Transfer.
If you want to transfer your game profile to a server where you already have a different character, you need to make room for the transfer first. You can either move the existing profile to another server or contact our Support team to delete it.
