Updates introduce new game features and fix possible issues. Updates are released gradually, so they might be available in one store but not yet accessible in others.
Note
If you use the same game account for both Google Play and AppGallery, you might encounter version discrepancies due to possible time gaps between store releases. In this case, you can download the latest version from one store and use only it until the update is released in the other one.
How to update the game
To view the instructions, select the tab corresponding to the store from where you installed the game.
- Follow the link.
- Press the Update button.

- Open Play Store.
- Tap your avatar in the upper-right corner to open the Menu.
- Select Settings.
- Go to the Network Preferences section.
- Tap Auto-update apps and select a suitable option.

- Toggle the App Updates switch on.

Update Troubleshooting
If you cannot update the game, try doing the following.
1. Make sure your mobile device meets the minimum requirements — 2 GB of free RAM. Stable performance cannot be guaranteed on devices with lesser RAM capacities. Closing other applications that run in the background might help improve the game's performance.
2. Make sure that your game account is connected to Google Play / Game Center / AppGallery. The instructions depend on the app store you installed the game from.
Then reinstall the game.
- Uninstall the game.
- Reboot your device.
- Reinstall Hero Wars: Alliance.
When you reinstall the game, your progress will be loaded automatically.
3. Check for updates to your operating system. Your operating system has to be up-to-date to ensure stable performance.
