Our Terms of Service strictly prohibit cheating. We permanently ban players who use third-party tools or methods to gain an unreasonable advantage.
Do not hesitate to contact our Support team if you notice any cheating activity. You will need to attach:
- the ID of the violator;
- a screenshot of evidence, if you have any.
Note: To find the ID of a player, tap their avatar in the chat and select Info. The ID is displayed under their avatar.
Our Support specialists will check your report and take measures if necessary.
