Our Terms of Service and Community Rules strictly prohibit cheating. We permanently ban players who use third-party tools or methods to gain an unreasonable advantage.
Do not hesitate to contact our Support team if you notice any cheating activity. You will need to attach:
- the ID of the violator;
- a screenshot of evidence, if you have any.

To find the ID of a player, tap their avatar in the chat and select Info. The ID is displayed under their avatar.
Our Support specialists will check your report and take measures if necessary. They cannot disclose the investigation results due to the user Privacy Policy.
