On May 24, we plan to merge servers to boost overall activity and player engagement. The merge will create a more dynamic environment with more varied matchups in Guild War and Grand Arena, bringing fresh excitement to both modes. It will also give Guilds better opportunities to recruit new members and strengthen their forces for the Global Championship.
Schedule
A few days before the merge: The merging servers will be locked for entry and exit. You will no longer be able to create a new game profile on these servers or transfer progress to them from another server. If you already have a profile on one of the merging servers, you will receive an in-game mail notification about the upcoming merge.
A day before the merge: You will receive another notification about the upcoming merge, informing you that the game on these servers will be unavailable until the merge is complete.
May 24: If you have a profile on one of the merging servers, it will be permanently transferred to the designated end server and will continue there as part of that server.
After the Merge
What changes:
- The Grand Arena ranking for players from the merged servers will be reset, allowing everyone to compete fairly under the new conditions.
- After the server merge, all Guilds from these servers will be placed into the Qualifying League.
After the merge, you might get the following letters (if your profiles were part of the merge):
- Grand Arena merge bonuses (Grand Arena Coins, EXP Potions, and gold based on the ranking before the merge).
- Guild War merge bonuses for players in the Bronze, Silver, and Gold leagues (Guild War Trophies, depending on the Guild's league before the merge).

These servers were selected for the merge so that there are no significant differences in players' team powers.
Will all my progress, resources, etc., be safe after the merge?
Yes, your characters will be transferred safely with all resources, heroes, improvements, and VIP advantages. You will also stay in your current Guild and retain your Champion status if you have one.
I have characters on multiple servers that are about to merge. What will happen to them?
Generally, accounts are automatically merged to different servers. In rare cases, we may manually transfer your profiles or contact you to resolve any potential merge issues.
