Does Hero Wars Hub Work for All Versions of the Game?
Hero Wars Hub works only for the Hero Wars: Alliance mobile app. It is available in the following stores:

For security reasons, you can access Hero Wars Hub if you registered your profile 7 or more days ago.
How Do Daily Rewards in Hero Wars Hub Work?
In the Home section of Hero Wars Hub, players can claim various daily rewards for free.
After you collect the reward and return to the game, a pop-up window will appear displaying your prize.
Once you claim a reward in Hero Wars Hub, a countdown timer starts, showing how long you need to wait until the next reward becomes available.
The daily reward chain lasts for seven days. After collecting all seven gifts, a new 7-day cycle with different rewards begins. There are four such cycles in total, and after completing all of them, the sequence restarts.
If you miss one or more days, your progress is not reset. Upon your next login, you can continue claiming rewards from where you left off.
What are Bonus Coins?
When you make any purchase in Hero Wars Hub, you receive a special resource — Bonus Coins.
Earned Bonus Coins contribute to the additional rewards in the Bonuses section. There, you can view your progress and the rewards you receive for gathering Bonus Coins:
The more Bonus Coins you collect, the more valuable rewards you can get. For example, if you earn 250 Bonus Coins from a purchase, you will receive all rewards available up to that amount:
There are two types of bonuses: personal and Guild. Each purchase contributes to both bonus progressions simultaneously.
Personal Rewards are delivered to the game together with the purchase. You can view them in the product card in the Earned Bonuses section:
Guild Reward is a team effort. All members of your Guild contribute to this progression. After reaching the required reward level, Guild members need to manually claim the reward from the Bonuses section.
If you are not a Guild member, the progression is still tracked, but only you contribute to it.
There are specific rules regarding joining/leaving Guilds and earning Bonus Coins:
- You cannot transfer your progress from one Guild to another. All Bonus Coins collected for a Guild remain with it if you leave.
- If you have earned Coins personally and then joined a Guild, previously earned Coins will not contribute to the Guild's progression.
- Leaving a Guild does not reset your personal progression; you will continue accumulating progress individually.
- If you join a Guild whose progression is lower than yours, your progress will be adjusted to match the Guild's current level.
- If you join a Guild that has already advanced along the rewards track, you cannot claim rewards that were earned before you joined.
Collected Bonus Coins reset at the beginning of each month. You can view the reset timer in the Bonuses section. When the timer ends, your accumulated Bonus Coins reset to zero, and both personal and Guild progressions start from the first reward:

To enter the code for a specific account, go to the News section on its main screen:
Press the Hero Hub button in the upper-right corner:
You will be redirected to the Hero Wars Hub website. Here, press three lines in the upper-left corner to open the menu and select Bonuses:
Scroll down to the very bottom of the page until you find the Redeem Your Rewards field.
Enter the code in the designated field and press Redeem. If the code is valid, a pop-up window will appear with information about the reward. Return to the game to claim it — the reward will appear in a pop-up as soon as you enter the game.

How to Make a Purchase in Hero Wars Hub?
First, you need to log in to Hero Wars Hub. Then, select a bundle and proceed to the payment window, where you need to choose your payment method and enter your email address. You will get a receipt for the purchase to this email.
When using fast digital payment methods, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, the payment service will automatically use the email linked to your Apple or Google account.
How to Log in to Hero Wars Hub?
To start making purchases, you need to log in with your Hero Wars: Alliance account. There are several ways to do so.
If you are using a desktop browser:
Press Login in the upper-right corner.
- Scan the QR code with a mobile device that has Hero Wars: Alliance installed. You will be automatically signed in with your game account. Make sure you are logged in to the account you want to use for the purchase.
Once you are logged in, your avatar and nickname will appear in the upper-right corner:
If you are using a mobile browser:
- Open the website on the mobile device with Hero Wars: Alliance installed.
Press the account icon
in the upper-right corner and select Login:
- Select the Sign in via Game App button. You will be automatically signed in with your game account. Make sure you have logged in to the account you want to use for the purchase.
- Once you are logged in, your avatar will appear in the upper-right corner.
Alternatively, you can access the store directly from the game to be logged in automatically:
- From the News section.
- From the Get Free Emeralds window.
- From the Emerald Shop.
How Do I Receive Purchased Goods?
When you enter the game, a pop-up window will appear with your purchase.
Can I Purchase the Same Bundle Several Times?
You can purchase some bundles multiple times. The limit varies for each bundle. You can see how many times you can buy a specific bundle above it.
Will I Receive VIP Points for a Purchase?
Yes, you earn VIP points on every purchase.
Are Purchased Resources (e.g., Emeralds, VIP Points) Counted in the Corresponding Quest Progress?
Resources (e.g., emeralds, VIP points, etc.) will be taken into account in the corresponding quest progress. For example, emeralds that you bought for your account will be counted in the Emerald Waterfalls quests.

Where Can I Find My Purchase Receipt?
You can find your receipts in the email address you provided when making the payment. If you used fast digital payment methods, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, receipts will be sent to the email linked to your Apple or Google account.

I Didn't Receive What I Bought
Try reloading the game. If the reward is still missing, follow the instructions below to verify whether your payment is reflected in the purchase history.
