In Hero Wars: Alliance, some activities, rewards, and counters refresh daily according to one of two schedules: personal or global. Your personal reset time depends on the time zone set in your game, while the global reset occurs simultaneously for all players. Knowing what resets and when will help you plan your in-game activities more effectively and avoid situations where your progress may not be counted.
Your personal activities reset at 5:00 AM, your in-game time zone:
- Tower;
- attempts in Arena and Grand Arena;
- Expeditions and daily Vakyrie’s Favor reward;
- daily quests and counters;
- titans' health in Dungeon;
- free opening of the Heroic Chest.
Activities shared by all players reset at 2:00 AM UTC:
- Glyph upgrade (getting 700 Activity points for upgrading a Glyph);
- Guild War and Global Championship;
- Guild Activity and Titanite counters;
- daily Arena reward;
- Hydra health and Guild reward for defeating it;
- Horns of Summoning;
- Realm daily quests;
- Guild Versus personal progress bar.
Also, in-game events start at the same time for all players — at 2:00 AM UTC.
If you are playing when the daily reset occurs, make sure to reload the game before completing any quests.
This ensures that the game loads the latest event data. Otherwise, quests may not refresh, and any progress made before reloading will not count toward the event progression.
Guild and Personal Activity Points Do Not Match
If your in-game time zone is different from UTC, all activity and titanite earned between 2:00 AM UTC and 5:00 AM of your in-game time zone will not be counted in today's Guild activity. It is counted towards the Guild activities of the previous day.
To avoid this, you should avoid collecting activity or titanite and upgrading Glyphs during this period.
