How to Delete a Character/Profile on a Certain Server

If you want to delete a game profile on a certain server, contact our Support team.

Our team does not delete:

Profiles with negative emerald balance.
Profiles with the highest team level on the account, even if they are low-level / VIP 1-11.

Note that all resources you have on that server will be permanently deleted as well.
