You can still open Outland Chests using emeralds. To do it, press the chest icon in the upper-right corner of the main screen:
In the Hall of Fame, press the Outland Chest icon:
Next, select the type of Skin Coins you would like to receive. You can then spend emeralds to open Outland Chests:
Chests may grant Skin Stones, Outland Coins, or the grand prize: a unique skin or a Skin Shop Certificate. With the Certificate, you can purchase any skin available for Skin Stones.
