To request a complete deletion of your account and erase all associated data:
- Go to the game settings by tapping the gear button in the upper-right corner of the main game screen.
- Scroll down to the very bottom of the window.
- Press Open next to Delete my account and all my data from the game servers.
- Fill out the account deletion form.
Alternatively, you can delete your account using our support bot, Raymond. Check this article to learn how to find it. In the main menu of the Support bot, select the Account and privacy section. Then press the following buttons: Delete account → Delete Hero Wars account → Delete my entire account and all data.
Note: Be careful when submitting a request to delete your data: once completed, it cannot be undone.
