To request a complete deletion of your account and erase all associated data, contact our Support team.
In the main menu of our Support bot, Raymond, select the Account and privacy section. Then press the following buttons: Delete account → Delete Hero Wars account → Submit an account deletion request.
Otherwise, go to the game settings, press Open next to Delete my account and all my data from the game servers, and fill out the account deletion form.
