Hero Wars: Alliance and Hero Wars: Dominion Era are separate games, so there is no progress synchronization between them. The instructions below apply only to accessing your Hero Wars: Alliance account in a browser.
You can link your email address to your Hero Wars: Alliance account to receive news, bonuses, and event updates. You will also get a one-time reward of 3,100 emeralds afterward.
Note: You can link one email address to one Hero Wars: Alliance account. All profiles within the account share the same email address.
To do so, tap your avatar in the upper-left corner of the main screen and press the Link email button:
Enter your email and accept the consent options.
A verification code will be sent to this email address. Enter it in the next window and press Accept. Once your email is linked, you will receive the emerald reward directly in the game.
You can manage the linked email address: accept or revoke consent, and unlink or change the address.
For security reasons, the linked email address can only be changed or unlinked once every 90 days.
Accessing the Game via Email
After linking your email, you can use it to access your Hero Wars: Alliance mobile account in the web version.
Note: You can access your mobile account in the web version via email only after linking it. If you enter an email that has not been linked to your mobile account, a new account will be created in the web version.
Currently, accounts created on the website are not synchronized with the mobile app. If you need help opening your web account on your mobile device, contact our Support team.
When signing in via email, you need to enter the linked email address and click the Get a login code button:
A login code will be sent to this email address. Enter it in the next window and click Play:
