Other people can only access your game if they have access to your device account, such as a Google, Apple, or Huawei account.
If you assume that someone else has access to your device account, do the following:
- Sign out on unfamiliar devices or sessions. This measure will ensure that bad actors lose immediate access to your account.
- Change your password. Do this as soon as possible to prevent bad actors from signing back in.
- Turn on two-step verification. This measure will prevent any unauthorized access to your account in the future.

Google
- To check the devices with account access and sign out on the unknown ones, follow these Google instructions.
- To change the account password, go to the account recovery page, select Someone else is using your account, and follow the further instructions.

Huawei

- To turn on two-step verification:
- Go to AppGallery > Me, press the profile picture or nickname at the top to access Account center.
- Go to Account security.
- Find the Two-step verification option, enable it, and follow further instructions.

The security of an account is in its owner's hands, and you should not share your device account information with others. All actions on the account are considered to be done by its owner and cannot be reversed. Moreover, the Terms of Service strictly prohibit passing the account over to third parties.
