Tap the button that looks like a sack of emeralds:
If you do not see this button, tap the emerald icon in the upper-right corner of the main screen:
Scroll the left list and tap the Emeralds tab. Then press Go for it! in the right part of the screen:

In the new window, click Open next to Digital Turbine:

Tap Status in the bottom part of the screen:
- Find your offer and tap it to open details.

Tap Having issues? Click here:

Fill out the form and submit your report:
