Tap the button that looks like a sack of emeralds
If you do not see this button, tap the emerald icon in the upper-right corner of the main screen:
Scroll the left list and tap the Emeralds tab. Then press Go for it! in the right part of the screen:

In the new window, click Open next to Tapjoy:

Tap the three lines button in the upper-left corner:

Tap Reward Status and select the required task:

Check the status of your task, and if necessary, contact Tapjoy Support via the Contact Support section.
If you cannot access the tab with quests, you can contact the Tapjoy Support team via their Help Center.
