If videos do not grant rewards, follow the instructions:
- Make sure that you are connected to a reliable network and that the signal of your device is stable.
- Switch your Internet connection from mobile to Wi-Fi or vice versa.

Restart the game app. Here's how to do it:
- Close the game app completely, including removing it from the list of apps running in the background.
- Open the game app again.
If the instructions above have not helped, you can report the issue to the development team. In the chat, select Technical issues → Videos and free emeralds tasks → Videos → Videos don't grant rewards, then fill out a report.
