If videos do not grant rewards, follow the instructions:

Make sure that you are connected to a reliable network and that the signal of your device is stable.

Switch your Internet connection from mobile to Wi-Fi or vice versa.

Make sure that your game account is connected to Google Play / Game Center / AppGallery, then follow these steps:

- Uninstall the game.
- Reboot your device.
- Reinstall Hero Wars: Alliance.
When you reinstall the game, your progress will be loaded automatically.
If the instructions above have not helped, you can report the issue to the development team. In the chat, select Technical issues → Videos and free emeralds tasks → Videos → Videos don't grant rewards, then fill out a report.
