I Didn't Get Emeralds for a Free Tab Task

All tasks from the Free list are provided and controlled by third-party companies: Tapjoy and Digital Turbine. Our Support team does not have access to these tasks.

If you have completed a task but have not received the reward, follow the instructions below to contact Tapjoy or Digital Turbine.

How to contact Tapjoy

1. Tap the Free button that looks like a sack of emeralds:

If you do not see the Free button, tap Plus next to the emeralds counter.

Then press Go for it! in the right part of the screen:

2. In the new window, click Open next to Tapjoy:

3. Tap the three lines button in the upper-left corner:

4. In the (1) Help & Privacy section, tap (2) User Support Guide:

You will see detailed instructions on how to check the task status and submit a ticket to Tapjoy Support if necessary.

If you cannot access the Free tab, you can contact the Tapjoy Support team via their Help Center.

How to contact Digital Turbine

1. Tap the Free button that looks like a sack of emeralds:

Then press Go for it! in the right part of the screen:

2. In the new window, click Open next to Digital Turbine:

3. Tap the three lines button in the upper-left corner:

4. Tap Status:

5. Find your offer and tap it to open details.

6. Tap Having issues? Click here:

7. Fill out the form and submit your report:

You will receive a response to the email address you indicated in the request.
