Got a Message That I Need to Request a Refund

Sometimes, the game can show you a warning message that it cannot process your purchase correctly. In this case, the game offers to get another bundle or request a refund. If you want a refund, contact the payment platform directly.

Note: These instructions apply only if you receive this specific message in the game. In usual circumstances, refunds made through the payment system withdraw the emerald equivalent of the purchase which may cause a negative emerald balance on your game account. Our support specialists can make a refund without causing a negative emerald balance, given that certain conditions are met. To request a refund:

  1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Press I'd like to, then select Request a refund.

  3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then press Next.
  4. Select the Hero Wars: Alliance app and the purchase, then press Submit.

AppGallery

Make sure that you have a screenshot of the payment receipt prepared beforehand. The receipt looks like this:

Then contact AppGallery Support:

  1. Follow this link.
  2. Select your region in the Email us field. You will be redirected to the Support page of your region.
  3. Press Start chat or select one of the other available communication methods.
Xsolla

Make sure that you have a screenshot of the payment receipt prepared beforehand. You can find the receipt from mailer@xsolla.com in your email. The receipt looks like this:

To request a refund, follow this link and scroll down until you see the Submit a Ticket menu. Fill out the form and press Send request.

Aghanim

Take a screenshot of the payment receipt. You can find receipts in your mail. 

The receipts come from support@aghanim.com and look like this:
