(Google Play only) I'm Getting "You already own this item" Error

This article explains what to do if you receive the "You already own this item" error message when making a purchase.

  • Clear cache & data from Google Play Store.
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Open Apps.
  3. Select Play Store Play Store.
  4. Tap Storage.
  5. Select Clear cache.
  • Reinstall the game.

Make sure that уour game account is connected to your Google Play account, then follow these steps:

  1. Uninstall the game.
  2. Reboot your device.
  3. Reinstall Hero Wars: Alliance.
