How to Change Currency

This article explains what you should do if you need to change currency. Tap the name of the app store from which you installed the game to see the instructions.

Google Play

The Google Play payment system manages all the transactions. Thus, if you wish to change your currency setup, you need to adjust your Google account settings. To do this:

  1. Open Play Store.
  2. Tap your avatar to open the Menu
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Tap General.
  5. Select Account and device preferences in the drop-down menu.
  6. Tap the country where you want to add an account in the Country and profiles section.
  7. Follow the instructions to add a payment method for that country.

Note 
You can only change your Play Store country once a year.

If you have any trouble with changing currency, contact Google Play Support:

  1. Open Play Store.
  2. Tap your avatar to open the Menu
  3. Go to the bottom of the list and find Help & feedback. 
  4. Select Contact us at the bottom of the page.
  5. Follow the provided instructions to submit a ticket and wait for the answer.

If you cannot find the Сontact us button, try starting a dialogue with Google Support here.

App Store

The Apple payment system manages all the transactions. Thus, if you wish to change your currency setup, you need to adjust your Apple account settings. To do this:

  1. Open the Settings app. 
  2. Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases.
  3. Tap View Account. You may be asked to sign in.
  4. Tap Country/Region.
  5. Tap Change Country or Region.
  6. Tap your new country or region, then review the terms and conditions.
  7. Tap Agree in the top right corner, then tap Agree again to confirm.
  8. Select a payment method, enter your new payment information and billing address, and tap Next. You must enter a valid payment method for your new country or region.

If you have any trouble with changing currency, contact Apple Support:

  1. Follow the link
  2. Type in your question in the pop-up window.
  3. To contact Support directly, choose the Chat or the Call option at the bottom of the page.
  4. Follow the provided instructions to submit a ticket and wait for the answer.
AppGallery

The AppGallery payment system manages all the transactions. Thus, if you wish to change your currency setup, you need to adjust your AppGallery account settings. To do this:

  1. Open the AppGallery app.
  2. Go to the Me tab.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Tap Country/Region and then Change country/region.
  5. Select your new country or region and enter your HUAWEI ID password. Then tap OK.

If you have any trouble with changing currency, contact AppGallery Support:

  1. Follow this link.
  2. Select your region in the Email us field. You will be redirected to the Support page of your region.

  3. Select your preferred contact method.
